Students Can Change Teachers (Part-2)

This post is the continuation of the previous post.
So to understand this post, first please read the previous one.

So... I ended the previous one by saying that 'the war began...'
So this is how it looked like : All students astonished, Nice ma'am working, Scarf ma'am frowning, Druti and Rahanuma smiling.
Ma'am asked Druti "Are you the naughtiest girl in the class?". All of us smiled at each other knowing the answer. She replied "Yes ma'am". Yes, our guess was right. Then Ma'am asked "Why were you making that noise?". Now Druti and Rahanuma said "Ma'am, because, there was an awkward silence and we didn't like it. We wanted to change it, that's why we made the noise.". Then Ma'am asked "Don't you know the rules of the Library? Don't you know that you are supposed to be quiet?". She still looked angry. Now, at this point of time, something that none of us expected happened. Druti said "Ma'am, May I give you an advice? Please smile Ma'am. You will look good. Your face will glow". Now, there was an awkward silence. Rahanuma and Maryam told Druti to stop. They said enough is enough. Don't say anything.
Now Ma'am asked, "Is that why you made that noise..?". Suddenly one teacher came inside and started talking to the librarians. So, the scarf Ma'am told Druti and Rahanuma to go and read the rules (The rules were written on a chart paper and it was stuck on the wall).

They read the rules and noticed that the rule telling to maintain silence was the last one on the list.
Once the teacher left, the break was over and we are back to our talk show. Rahanuma said "Ma'am, see ma'am, the rule asking us to maintain silence is the last one. So we have to first follow the first rule and only at the last we will maintain silence". Then Ma'am asked, "So if that rule comes in first, will you keep quiet?". "Yes Ma'am" said Rahanuma and Druti in unison. "And look ma'am, it's written here that 'All students must return the book after one week after the book was issued', and actually, there are students who doesn't return their book ever and the library doesn't even notice it. And even if they notice, some students lie that they lost the book and they just have to pay maximum Dirhams 10/- even for a book which costs more than a hundred dirhams". Ma'am said "That was how it 'was'. It is not like that now. It's more strict".

Now Rahanuma said "Oh...Okay Ma'am. But listen to this Ma'am, 'All students should show their library card if they want to issue a book'...Ma'am I don't even have a library card!". We all laughed. Ma'am asked "Why you don't have library card?". Rahanuma said "Ma'am, the library lost my library card!". This time more louder laughter came from the students! That was a good answer. I did mean to offend the library or the librarians, but that is the truth...And we cannot do anything for that.
And then what finally happened was that, we all got new library cards and the librarian actually smiled!!
We were so happy! That was a very nice library period and we changed her frown to a pretty smile.

All these are my classmate's and my point of view. This is something that happened and now, we cannot change it. If I think from my librarian's side, maybe, this and the previous post might be a little offending. If you also feel that way, I am very sorry. Maybe, our actions offended the librarian. But, I take this chance to tell you all that this was unintentional and not meant for.

Students Can Change Teachers! (Part-1)

I, never before, actually thought about this topic.
But experience talks... and here is an incident that happened last to last week in our Library period.

Last library period was on a Wednesday, I guess. And we all were in the hectic mood of exams. Everyone had at least 2 books open in front of them. Rahanuma, Druti, Ramya and I, were sitting in the second table. I was helping Ramya with some Math problems, Druti and Rahanuma were talking to each other. Rahanuma was actually Multi-Tasking by completing her notes, talking to Druti and at times solving our Math doubts.
There are two librarians... One who always wears a scarf ( I will mention her a the 'Scarf Ma'am') and another one who doesn't wears scarf (She will be the nice lady, because, she is a nice Ma'am).

No one actually likes this scarf Ma'am. The only thing is that, she never smiles and she doesn't even allow us to talk. We are supposed to sit quietly in a library but for us it's a place for all the talking thing to do. The old librarian doesn't care how much ever noise we make. So, we used to like going to the library. Duh! Now, let's get back to 'scenario' of the library last to last Wednesday. Druti was bored and started making a weird noise. Rahanuma enjoyed it and she also started making the same noise. At first we thought, the librarians has not heard the sound...yet. They made the sound again, and I look around, and I see 29 pair of eyes staring at our table. They made the sound again and this time we heard "Who made that noise?" from the librarian's table. I wanted to laugh like anything! But I tried to act as innocent as possible ( after all I did not do anything!). I realized my acting skills are not too bad. But Rahanuma and Druti were supposed to get Oscars for that moment. They looked like as if they did not even hear that weird noise! Everyone looked around. Pin drop silence. Librarians back to work. Now again they made the noise. And again and again.

This is when Druti noticed that the librarian without the scarf (who is the nice Ma'am) trying to find out who is making the noise from the reflection of the 52" smart TV in our library (I know I am showing off!). She found out that it is from our table the noise is coming from. Even after knowing that the librarian understood, Druti and Rahanuma made the sound again. But this time, the nice librarian said "The noise is coming from the second table".
Now the scarf ma'am stood up, and told "All of you stand up!". We all slightly smiling at each other, stood up. I again pulled out my acting skills and tried to look as serious as possible. But Rahanuma and Druti lost control and started smiling. The nice ma'am said "I guess it is that girl making the noise", pointing at Druti. "Come here", commanded the Scarf lady. Druti smiling very nicely, went to the librarian. It doesn't matter for Druti because she has gone through this a lot of times before and it's a daily routine to get it trouble. And that's exactly why I like her!

"Stand Here!", came the second command. At this point of time, Rahanuma raised her hand and said "Ma'am even I made the noise". And she also went and stood there... Then, the war began!

Exams!

Next Sunday is the first day of my ever first board exam.

Its not fair! We are just 9th graders... Not in 10th yet. But still  we have board exams. Last year, 9th graders did not have board exams. 

I don't know how it going to be. I hope its going to be easy. 

The response from most students in my class after seeing the sample paper for maths is "Fainted on the spot.". Wow. That's a great response. 

I don't know what I am feeling. I am not tensed but yet I am. I don't know what it means, but apparently that is what I feel.

I am depending upon the revision that is going to take place this week. 

Papa will come from India tomorrow. He will also bring my grandmother with him. 

YEAH!

Then in November, Papa's brother and family will be here. If lucky, even Shruthy will come!

Can't Wait!!

After a long time...

It's a long break that I took.
School reopened like 3 or 4 weeks back. I'm enjoying in class!
We are having our assembly next week. I am com-peering with Druti.

We had our KHDA inspections are over. Some people will come from the municipality and inspect our school. I guess we did good. They said we did.

Today something funny happened in the bus.
Oshi became a BIG Directioner! Y'know, One Direction fans!
She was talking about One Direction in the bus. She always does. Today she said something about Niall loving Nando's restaurant. So this half cracked girl in my bus, Twinkle said "OH! I love Nando's! My mom puts it in chicken!"
-Awkward Silence-
Then all of us just started laughing like anything!!! Twinkle also joined, I don't know why.
We were laughing at her stupidity and she joined... LOL
She didn't know it was a restaurant... She could have just shut her mouth and sat there rather than making a fool out of her self.

Anyways, thanks to her, we had a good laugh.
